Russian air defenses down 57 Ukrainian drones

MOSCOW, Nov. 16 (YPA) – Russia’s Ministry of Defense announced that air defense forces intercepted and destroyed 57 Ukrainian drones over the territory of several regions during the course of the night.

In a statement, the ministry said that 23 drones were downed over the Samara region, “17 over the Volgograd region, 5 over the Saratov region, 5 over the Rostov region, 3 over the Kursk region, 3 over the Voronezh region, and 1 over the Bryansk region.”
