Security report documents over 900 violations by Saudi military long border areas

SAADA, Oct. 29 (YPA) – Security authorities in Yemen’s Saada province have documented a series of violations by the Saudi-led coalition along the border over the past year, despite an ongoing truce.

The provincial security office reported a total of 947 violations, including 332 ground bombardments, 610 shootings by Saudi border guards, and 5 airstrikes targeting border regions.

Authorities accused Saudi border guards of committing “atrocities” against Yemeni civilians, African migrants, and others, leaving 98 people dead and 562 wounded, some critically.

Saudi ground artillery bombardment reportedly killed 55 people and injured 337 others, most of them seriously. An airstrike by US-Israeli coalition aircraft on border areas killed one person and wounded four others, the office added.

During the same year, a total of US 285, including 255 airstrikes and 30 naval strikes.

Statistics further indicate that 92 U.S. attacks against civilians were documented, resulting in 76 civilian deaths, including women and children, and 143 injuries, with wounds ranging from minor to serious.
