Fatah Intifada condemns Israeli attack on Global Sumud Flotilla

GAZA, Oct. 02 (YPA) – The Fatah Intifada Movement has condemned the “brutal assault” by Israeli occupation forces on the Global Sumud Flotilla in international waters.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the group accused “Israel” of committing an act of “international piracy” and violating international law, with a clear backing from the United States.

The Movement said that  the activists aboard the seized vessels were responding to a humanitarian call, and held “Israel” responsible for their safety.

It called for the immediate release of all detained activists

Fatah Intifada also urged the international community to break its silence and inaction, and to take a firm stance in support of humanitarian efforts aimed at Gaza.
