Citizen killed, five injured in Israeli drone strike on south Lebanon

BEIUT, Oct. 01 (YPA) – One civilian was killed and five others sustained various injuries due to an Israeli drone strike on the town of Kafra in the Bint Jbeil district of South Lebanon, the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health reported on Wednesday.

The ministry noted that the attack caused widespread panic among the town’s residents.

This assault comes amid continuous escalation on the Lebanese-Palestinian border, where the Israeli occupation is intensifying its drone and artillery raids on villages and towns in the South.

Over the past few weeks, this has resulted in dozens of casualties and widespread destruction of civilian property.
