Death toll from Israeli aggression on Gaza rises to over 65,000

GAZA, Sept. 18 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Thursday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has risen to 65,141, and 165,925 wounded.

In its daily statistical report, the ministry stated that hospitals received 79 new martyrs and 228 new wounded over the past 24 hours.

The ministry noted that many victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews face difficulty reaching them.

The report highlighted the tragic humanitarian situation, with the number of victims of famine and malnutrition reaching 435 martyrs, including 147 children. Additionally, the number of victims from targeting aid seekers has risen to 2,513 martyrs and over 18,414 wounded.
