Israeli occupation issues decision to bulldoze 200 dunams of land in Tulkarm

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 14 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation army issued a military order to bulldoze about 200 dunams of Palestinian land in the city of Tulkarm.

This order stipulates bulldozing and uprooting trees on about 200 dunams of citizens’ land extending from the sewage collection pools area west of Tulkarm, passing through Gate 104, “Nitzani Oz,” and reaching the Bir al-Sikka area adjacent to the Shuweika suburb north of the city.

The occupation authorities justify these measures by claiming that they aim to “protect” the “Beit Hefer” settlement north of Tulkarm, a step that falls within an expansionist policy that takes on a security cover.
