X platform suspends official account of Steadfastness Flotilla

TUNISIA, Sept. 12 (YPA) – The X platform administration suspended the official account of the Steadfastness Flotilla, a move the International Committee for Breaking the Siege on Gaza considered an attempt to obstruct its message.

The committee called for “supporting its account and disseminating it widely, to ensure that the voices of ships heading to Gaza are heard”.

The Steadfastness Flotilla set sail on Thursday from the port of Sidi Bou Said towards the state of Bizerte in northern Tunisia, in preparation for its departure on Friday to the Gaza Strip in Palestine.

Activists participating in the Global Steadfastness Flotilla, which aims to break the siege on Gaza, anticipate various scenarios during their sea voyage, asserting that the Israeli occupation may resort to various methods to thwart the tasks.

They affirmed their determination to continue toward the Gaza Strip, regardless of the threats and the Zionist escalation, which will not deter their march.

The activists considered the blockade imposed on Gaza to be no longer just a Palestinian issue, but rather a battle of global conscience that calls for a broad humanitarian mobilization alongside the people of the Strip.
