53,264 civilians killed, injured in 3,800-day coalition war on Yemen

SANAA, Aug. 21 (YPA) – About 12,518 men were killed and 25,561injured during aggressive war the Saudi-led coalition on Yemen in 3,800 days.

This came in new statistics that Ain Al-Insaniya Center for Rights and Development in Sanaa released on Wednesday on the coalition’s war crimes in Yemen over the past 3,800 days.

The center affirmed that 4,225 children were killed and 6,267 others wounded during the same period.

It reported that 2,539 women were martyred during the 3,800 days of the US-backed coalition, while 3,154 women were injured.

The center pointed out that the coalition’s airstrikes targeted 15 airports, 16 ports, 458 power stations and generators, 713 networks and communication stations, 3,536 water tanks and stations, in addition to 2,402 government facilities, 8,701 roads and bridges, 460 factories, 608 fuel tankers, and 15,644 commercial facilities.

According to the statistics, the coalition also struck 522 poultry and livestock farms, 11,820 transporting means, 569 fishing boats, and 1,126 food warehouses, as well as 546 gas stations, 723 markets, and 1,425 food trucks.

The center clarified that the US-backed Saudi coalition destroyed, over 3,800 days, 620,582 homes, 194 university facilities, 1,965 mosques, 419 tourist facilities, 460 hospitals and health facilities, 1,451 schools and educational facilities, 13,899 agricultural fields, 153 sports facilities, 290 archaeological sites, and 72 media facilities.
