Death toll of Israeli war of extermination raises to 59,821 martyrs, 144,851 wounded

GAZA, July 27 (YPA) – The death toll from the Israeli genocide and aggression on Gaza has risen, on Sunday, to 59,821 martyrs and 144,851 injuries since October 7, 2023, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.

In its daily report, the Gaza Health Ministry announced that 88 martyrs, including 12 rescue martyrs, and 374 injuries arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals during the past 24 hours as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Strip.

The ministry stated that the number of aid martyrs who arrived at hospitals during the past 24 hours reached 11 martyrs and more than 36 injuries, bringing the total number of livelihood martyrs who arrived at hospitals to 1,132 martyrs and more than 7,521 injuries.

It noted that Gaza Strip hospitals recorded 6 new deaths during the past 24 hours as a result of famine and malnutrition, bringing the total number of deaths from famine and malnutrition to 133, including 87 children.

According to the report, the death toll and the number of injuries since March 18, 2025, has reached 8,657 martyrs and 32,810 wounded.

A number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them at this moment, the ministry added.
