Sanaa refers 16 defendants to public prosecution for corruption cases

SANAA, July 01 (YPA) – The Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption (SNACC) in Sanaa approved on Monday the referral of 16 suspects to the Public Prosecution in connection with six corruption cases.

According to SNACC, the charges include embezzlement, facilitating embezzlement, assaulting state property, and harming state interests.

The authority revealed that the damages in these cases amounted to 136,882,000 Yemeni riyals and 123,750 dollars, as well as pieces of land.
