Internet services cut off in Gaza Strip

GAZA, June 16 (YPA) -The Palestinian Telecommunications Company announced on Monday that fixed-line and internet services have been cut off in the central and southern Gaza Strip.

The company stated that the outage was due to ongoing damage to the telecommunications network infrastructure amid the ongoing escalation in the field.

Internet and telecommunications services had previously been suddenly cut off due to the aggression east of Gaza City at the beginning of last week, affecting all areas of the Strip, which has further increased the suffering of citizens, especially amid the continued attacks.
