Gaza’s health ministry: 108 Palestinians killed and 393 injured during the past 24 hours

GAZA, June 08 (YPA) -The death toll from the Israeli ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip since the seventh of October 2023 has risen to 54,880 martyrs, with 126,227 injured, Gaza’s health ministry said in its daily report on Sunday.

According to the health ministry, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of 108 civilians who were martyred in fresh Israeli attacks during the past 24 hours including the bodies of three martyrs who were retrieved from under the rubble of a destroyed building.

“393 citizens were also injured following Israeli attacks in the past 24 hours,” the ministry said.

The ministry stated that the death toll from the Israeli aggression since the beginning of the intense attack on the northern Gaza Strip on March 18, 2025, reached 4,603 in addition to 14,186 injured, most of them women, children, and the elderly.

The ministry confirmed that many victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them because of the heavy shelling in their areas.
