Report: 2 civilians injured in 20+ Saudi-led airstrikes, ground attacks over 24 hours
SANAA, July 26 (YPA) – A woman and a civilian were seriously injured when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched more than 20 airstrikes and heavy ground attacks on residential areas of Yemen provinces during the past 24 hours, according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Thursday.
• In Saada province:
A woman was injured in Saudi artillery and missile targeted residential areas of Shada border district.
A civilian was injured when a landmine planted by the Saudi border guards exploded in the border strip of Monabeh district.
Missile and artillery shells targeted residential areas of Razih and Monabeh borders districts.
Meanwhile, four airstrikes hit Dhaher district.
Three airstrikes were waged on Shada border district.
• In Hodeidah province:
Two airstrikes were waged on Hodeidah International Airport.
Two airstrikes on a civilans’ farm in Durauhimi district.
Three airstrikes hit Duraihimi district.
An airstrike was waged on a Poultry farm in Zabid district.
A series of airstrikes hit the countryside of Zabid district.
• In Lahj province:
Heavy artillery shelling targeted civilians’ homed in Shaeb village of Qubaitah district.
• In border province of Jizan:
Nine of Saudi-led coalition airstrikes hit Jarah valley.
