Israeli occupation seizes drinking well of Syria Quneitra countryside

DAMASCUS, May 23 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces have seized the Ain al-Tineh drinking well, which supplies the town of Hadar in the Quneitra countryside in southern Syria.

Local sources in the town affirmed that the occupation forces had set up a checkpoint on the Ain al-Tina road, near the old international emergency point, and prevented residents from reaching their agricultural lands located beyond the checkpoint.

The occupation also seized a second point at the site of Qurs al-Nafil (the great hill) north of the UN site and began working on it.

Meanwhile, Al-Watan newspaper reported that occupation forces arrested three young men on Thursday. They were taken to the occupied Golan Heights, and their fate remained unknown.
