Arab human rights networks call for Security Council to stop genocide in Gaza

SANAA, May 08 (YPA) – 108 Arab human rights networks have called on the UN Security Council to stop the genocide, end the siege, and save lives in the Gaza Strip.

According to the Palestinian News Agency, human rights networks, in a petition to the Security Council, called for urgent action to halt the genocide and crimes of famine and thirst, lift the blockade on Gaza, which constitutes collective punishment in violation of international law, and expedite the entry of humanitarian aid and fuel needed to operate hospitals and the water station.

They also called on the Security Council to take immediate action to impose international sanctions on the Zionist enemy, halt the crimes of genocide and starvation, fully lift the blockade, and suspend the membership of the enemy state of Israel in the General Assembly.
