US military ship M/V Endurance docks in Kavala for first time

WORLD, April 30 (YPA) – The US military vessel, the M/V Endurance, docked for the first time at the port of Philippi in the city of Kavala, Greece.

In a statement, Coast Guard Rear Admiral Ismail said the arrival of the ship underscores the port’s strategic importance.

Ismail added that this development is evidence that the port of Kavala can be effectively utilized in various areas such as regional defense, trade, energy, and logistics services.

He affirmed the strength of US-Greek relations, noting that security is a shared commitment and that every NATO ally plays a critical role in ensuring peace and stability.
