Acting Governor of Hodeidah inaugurates Sokhna water project

HODEIDA, July 24 (YPA) – Acting governor of Hodeidah Ayyash Qahim and Director General of the Local Water and Sanitation Corporation Abdul Rahman Ishaq inaugurated on Tuesday the project of water supplying the city of Sokhna through the solar system which will provide water to 30 thousand people, according to saba.

“This project is consist of power system, pump and pumping line with cost estimated to 120 million riyals with the funding of the local council, Taiba Foundation and civil society organizations,” Ishaq said .

Ishaq directed the officials in the project the urgent completion of water network and start pumping water to citizens.
