Sanaa takes initial measures to combat corruption

SANAA, Feb. 27 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based Supreme National Anti-Corruption Commission took an initial step in combating corruption crimes and their perpetrators and reducing corruption.

The commission approved the draft procedural guide for the protection of whistleblowers, witnesses and experts, submitted by the commission member Dr. Habib Al-Rumaima.

The procedural guide aimed to activate the texts contained in national legislation and the International convention against corruption.

The first chapter included the standards and objectives, and the second chapter contained the conditions for granting protection and its sections.
