Sultanate of Oman announces solidarity with Saudi Arabia, support for Palestinians’ rights

MUSCAT, Feb. 09 (YPA) – The Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed on Sunday Oman’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its rejection of the Israeli Prime Minister’s statements against Saudi Arabia and its territorial integrity.

The ministry also reaffirmed Oman’s steadfast position in supporting the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on its sovereign lands in Palestine, with East Quds as its capital and based on the 1967 borders, in accordance with international resolutions and principles of international law, to ensure lasting stability in the region.
