Two civilians injured by unknown gunmen in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, Jan. 17 (YPA) – Two civilians were injured on Friday by unknown gunmen in Hadramout province, which is under the control of the Saudi-led coalition in eastern Yemen.

A local source said that ‘unknown gunmen opened fire on the civilians at the Jawjah junction near the city of Shibam in Wadi Hadramout and fled to an unknown location.’

The source added that the injured civilians were taken to a health center for treatment.

This incident comes amid continued security chaos in the Wadi Hadramout districts, which had witnessed three murder incidents since last Saturday.
