ADEN, Jan. 13 (YPA) – The southern military expert Khaled Al-Nasi accused on Monday the Saudi-led coalition-backed government and the “Presidential Leadership Council” of extensive corruption, which he said has resulted in civilian deaths in southern provinces like Aden.
In a post on the platform “X,” Al-Nasi called for widespread public protests in Aden tomorrow against what he referred to as “southern tools” within the coalition’s “Leadership Council,” hinting at the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC).
He emphasized that there is a significant imbalance allowing for the plundering of citizens’ rights and subjecting them to hunger and oppression.
Al-Nasi stressed the importance of protests aimed at rectifying these issues, rather than exploiting or sidestepping citizens’ suffering.
