Saudi army bombards border areas in Saada

SAADA, Jan. 09 (YPA) – The Saudi army renewed, on Thursday, its attacks on the Yemeni border areas in Saada province.

Local sources reported that the Saudi army targeted border areas in Razih border district with a number of artillery shells.

On Wednesday, a civilian was injured by Saudi army fire in the Al Sheikh area in the border directorate of Munabih.

It is noteworthy that Saada police had previously announced the killing of 1,117 civilians, as a result of 1,015 violations by the Saudi army in the border areas of the governorate and its continuous targeting of land and people during the year 2024 AD, despite the ceasefire and de-escalation agreement.
