GAZA, Jan. 08 (YPA) – Twenty-five Palestinian citizens, including seven children, were martyred on Tuesday evening in an Israeli airstrike on Khan Younis and Jabalia, located in the Gaza Strip.
Palestinian sources reported that an Israeli drone targeted a tent sheltering displaced people west of Khan Younis city, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, killing five children.
Two other citizens were killed when the occupation forces targeted a vehicle in the Al-Manara neighborhood, southeast of the city.
Additionally, three citizens, including two children, were killed due to an attack on the home of the Mohareb family.
The sources added that seven citizens were killed, and others were injured when Israeli aircraft bombed a house in the Qeizan Rashwan area, south of Khan Younis.
In Jabalia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, eight citizens were killed, and others injured when the occupation forces targeted the home of the Reyhan family on Old Gaza Street.
