Lebanon warns against using dangerous Israeli application

BEIRUT, Dec.18 (YPA) – The Lebanese Internal Security Forces have warned citizens against using the WAZE application.

The security forces stressed that it is an application that was developed in the Zionist entity by Zionist people and therefore constitutes a technical danger.

The suspected “WAZE” application that helps its users reach the desired destination by guiding them to the fastest route they can take, providing accurate directions based on traffic data, and aiming to avoid unnecessary risks on the indicated route, according to the security forces statement.

The statement stated that through surveys and investigations, it became clear that this application was developed in the “Israeli” enemy entity by the “WAZE Mobile” company, which was founded by people of “Israeli” nationality.

The statement added: “In addition, this company received funding from two companies also belonging to the Israeli enemy and another American company.”
