Iran calls for immediate action to stop Israeli aggression on Syria

TEHRAN, Dec. 12 (YPA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi emphasized the need for immediate mobilization of regional countries to stop Zionist aggression and infrastructure destruction in Syria.

In a post in his account on the “X” platform, Araghchi stated that the Zionist entity has destroyed nearly all defense and civilian infrastructure, violated the 1974 agreement and Security Council Resolution 350, and expanded the occupation of additional territories.

He criticized the Security Council’s inability to stop illegal aggression, citing the obstacles imposed by the United States, which has turned the Council into a helpless spectator, as he said.
