SHABWA, Dec. 03 (YPA) – Armed clashes occurred on Tuesday in the city of Ataq, the center of Shabwa province, which is under the control of the UAE-backed factions, leaving several wounded, including a son of a security official.
Informed local sources in the city reported that the clashes erupted between tribal gunmen from Al Jazea and Al Marfed Al-Maraziq near the Traffic Department, which led to the injury of the son of the Traffic Department Director, Hussein Shaniter.
The sources stated that the clashes were a result of tribal revenge and a security failure in various districts of the province.
