Two massacres by Israeli occupation rise death toll in Gaza to 44,502

GAZA, Dec. 03 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said on Tuesday that the Israeli occupation committed two massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in 36 martyrs and 96 wounded who arrived at hospitals during the past 24 hours.

The ministry stated in its statement that the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 44,502 martyrs, in addition to 105,454 wounded, since October 7, 2023, with many victims still under rubble and on roads, making it difficult for ambulance and civil defense crews to reach them.
