Death toll from Israeli aggression on Gaza rises to 44,176

GAZA, Nov. 23 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Saturday that the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 44,176, in addition to 104,473 injured since October 7, 2023.

The ministry reported that the Israeli occupation army committed seven massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, which resulted in killing 120 people and injuring 205 others during the past 48 hours.

The ministry reported that some victims are still under rubble and on roads, with ambulance and civil defense crews unable to reach them.

The genocide launched by the Israeli occupation army on Gaza, supported by the US, has left over 10,000 people missing and caused massive destruction, famine, and dozens of deaths, making it one of the world’s worst humanitarian disasters.
