GAZA, Nov. 21 (YPA) -At least 66 civilians, most of them children and women, were killed and dozens were injured in a new massacre committed by the Israeli occupation forces at dawn in the northern Gaza Strip, Palestinian media reported.
According to the Palestinian media, The occupation warplanes bombed an entire residential block in the vicinity of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of 66 civilians and the injury of more than 100 others.
Medical sources from Kamal Adwan Hospital in Jabalia, northern Gaza Strip, said that the medical staff in the hospital are pulling the slain Palestinians out from under the rubble at the site of the massacre with their own hands due to the lack of rescue crews.
They added that serious cases are being transported on shoulders to the hospital, in light of the difficult and deteriorating health situation, as a result of the repeated targeting of the occupation and the siege imposed on northern Gaza.
Medical sources affirmed that there are no specialized surgeries in the hospital to prevent the occupation forces from entering new medical teams, and that the current teams are only providing first aid to most cases.
The sources added that the hospital will turn into mass graves in the absence of urgent intervention from international institutions and the entry of medical supplies.
