Millions of people rally in Yemen to mark one-year anniversary of Al-Aqsa Flood Battle

SANAA, Oct. 07 (YPA) – Millions of Yemeni people massed on Monday for a major demonstration in al-Sabeen Square in the capital Sanaa and the other provinces to mark the one-year anniversary of Al-Aqsa Flood Battle that has launched from Gaza against the Israeli occupation on Oct. 7, 2023.

The demonstrators carried Yemeni, Palestinian and Lebanese flags, banners of freedom, slogans of October 7, and pictures of the martyred leaders.

They stressed in a statement that October 7 is exceptional in the history of the nation, and that the Battle of the Flood of Al-Aqsa has breathed life into the Palestinian cause that dealt a fatal blow to the conspiracy of treason and normalization.

The statement pointed out that the Yemeni people will not abandon their support for the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples.

It praised the successful naval operations that the Yemeni armed forces have enforced on the Zionist enemy, in addition, the ballistic and winged missiles and drones that targeted the depth of the enemy entity.

The marches’ statement considered that those who stand behind the entity and support it from the Americans, British and Europeans are more criminal and brutal.

It stressed that these crimes have brought down a list of deceptive titles and slogans about human rights, freedom of peoples, and international treaties and covenants, all of which have fallen.
