BEIRUT, Sept. 22 (YPA) – Lebanese caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, on Saturday called on the international community and the human conscience to take a clear position on the terrible massacres committed by the Israeli occupation entity in Lebanon and the region.
In a statement quoted by the Lebanese National News Agency, Mikati called for the adoption of international laws to neutralize civilian technological means from military and war targets.
In the same context, Mikati announced the cancellation of his travel to New York to attend the work of the United Nations General Assembly, stressing that there is no higher priority than stopping the massacres and multi-style wars launched by the Israeli enemy.
