Yemeni army repels infiltration of Saudi-backed militia in Najran

NAJRAN, July 16 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Monday repelled an infiltration attempt of Saudi-backed militia toward al-Boqa desert in Najran region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The infiltration lasted for several hours and did not achieve any progress, the official said.

He added that the repelling operation resulted in several dead and wounded in ranks of the militia, and burning of three military vehicles belonging to them.
