Hezbollah bombs Zionist target in Golan with dozens of missiles

BEIRUT, July 10 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, led by Hezbollah, continued on Wednesday its operations against the Israeli occupation sites and its military bases on the border with occupied Palestine.

The resistance announced in brief statements on Wednesday that it had targeted Israeli occupation artillery positions in ‘Zaoura’ in the occupied Syrian Golan with dozens of Katyusha rockets. ‏

It explained that this operation came “in response to the attack that occurred in the Bekaa region last night.”

Media sources in Lebanon previously reported that fire broke out at the location of Israeli artillery positions in Zaoura.

The sources confirmed that direct fire had been monitored from Lebanon towards Israeli targets inside the occupied territories, opposite the eastern sector, and plumes of smoke were rising from it in light of the failure of the Iron Dome system to intercept it.

For their part, Israeli media reported that sirens sounded in the Upper Galilee due to the launching of missiles from Lebanon and indicated that missiles fell in the “Sde Nehmeya” settlement.
