Israeli occupation forces continue to bomb several areas in Gaza

GAZA, June 13 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression on the Gaza Strip for the 251st consecutive day, on Thursday, leaving dozens of Palestinian citizens dead and injured.

Palestinian sources reported several explosions and heavy gunfire from occupation tanks were heard in the western area of Rafah city, in conjunction with Apache warplanes and occupation boats shelling of the same area, resulting in the complete destruction of residential buildings.

The sources added that medical teams recovered the bodies of three martyrs and a number of injured, mostly children, due to the bombing of a family house in Al-Nuseirat camp in central Gaza.

Israeli occupation artillery fired shells at citizens’ homes northwest of Al-Nuseirat camp and in the Al-Maghraqa area in central Gaza.

Zionist drones also fired at citizens’ homes in the Shujaiya and Zeitoun neighborhoods of Gaza City.

Israeli occupation vehicles stationed in the “Netzarim” area launched rocket-propelled grenades at the Zeitoun, Sabra, Tal al-Hawa, and Sheikh Ajlin neighborhoods in Gaza City, coinciding with gunfire.

They  continued to advance in the southeastern outskirts of the Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City, accompanied by rocket and artillery shelling .
