MSF: Israeli army insists on committing war crimes against civilians

GAZA, June 13 (YPA) – “Doctors Without Borders” (MSF), stated that ‘more than 800 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip and about 2,400 others injured since the beginning of this month due to the intensive shelling and ground attacks launched by Zionist forces.

In a statement reported by the Palestinian Information Center, the organization added: ‘We can no longer accept the claim that the Zionist enemy is taking all precautions to avoid killing civilians, as this is mere propaganda.’

For its part, the Independent International Commission of Inquiry, affiliated with the United Nations, which investigates crimes committed in the occupied Palestinian territories, stated that the Zionist enemy is committing war crimes in the Gaza Strip.

This was stated in a report published by the Independent International Commission on Wednesday, regarding violations of international law and international crimes committed by the parties during the period from October 7 to December 31, 2023.

The International Commission said: ‘The Zionist enemy committed war crimes, including the crime of genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.’

The Commission demanded an immediate halt to the destructive war waged by the Zionist enemy, which forced thousands of civilians in the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip to flee to unsafe areas.
