SAADA, April 24 (YPA) – A child was killed on Wednesday as a result of the explosion of an object in Saada province, north of Yemen.
Medical sources in the province the object, which was dropped by the coalition forces, went off in the Ghafira area of Al-Zahir district.
Earlier, Sanaa-based Executive Center for Mine Action in revealed in a report that about 110 were killed and 190 wounded during 2023 as a result of mines, cluster bombs, and explosive munitions.
During nine years, mines and cluster bombs killed and injured 4,558 civilians, including 427 children and 202 women, according to the report.
