Electricity of Abyan gets ou of service due to lack of fuel

ABYAN, April 18 (YPA) – The Abyan Electricity Corporation announced on Thursday that it is completely out of service in all areas of the governorate located in southern Yemen.

The foundation said in a statement that the reason for the interruption of the service is due to the running out of fuel at the generating stations and the shutdown of power support lines from Aden electricity.

The developments come in light of a suffocating electricity crisis witnessed throughout the areas controlled by the government loyal to the Saudi-Emirati coalition, with refusing to find any solutions to alleviate the suffering of citizens.
