Syrian army thwarts 8 drone attacks in Aleppo, Idlib countrysides

DAMASCUS, Dec. 27 (YPA) – Units of the Syrian Arba Army shot down eight terrorist drones in Aleppo and Idlib countryside, the country’s Ministry of Defense said in a statement.

According to the statement, the army units operating in the direction of rural Aleppo and Idlib responded to attempts by terrorist organizations to attack safe villages and towns and some military points.

The statement added that the armed forces managed to shoot down and destroy eight terrorist drones and prevent them from achieving their goals.

Syrian army units frequently thwart drone attacks launched by terrorist organizations in northwestern Syria from time to time targeting villages and towns in the countryside of Hama and Aleppo.
