21 Zionist military vehicles destroyed in Gaza confrontations: Abu Obaida

GAZA, Dec. 09 (YPA) – About 21 Zionist military vehicles were completely or partially destroyed on Friday in all fighting axes in the Gaza Strip.

This came in a news statement by the military spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, Abu Obaida.

He affirmed that Al-Qassam fighters thwarted an attempt by Israeli special forces to free the captured soldier, “Sa’ar Baruch, 25,” which led to his death in addition to the killing and wounding of a number of other Zionist prisoners due to the barbaric bombing of the Gaza areas.

“Resistance’s fighters also targeted the Zionist forces and vehicles penetrating the positioning areas with anti-fortification shells and anti-personnel devices,” Abu Obaida added. “In addition to a number of the Zionist soldiers were killed and wounded as a result of clashes and blowing up a number of tunnel openings and houses that occupation soldiers entered.”
