4 citizens injured in armed clashes erupted between STC factions in Aden

ADEN, Dec. 04 (YPA) – Four citizens were seriously injured in clashes broke out between the “Southern Transitional” factions of the UAE in the city of Aden due to a moral scandal against one of the children close to a prominent leader of the factions, informed sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources confirmed that the confrontations that broke out between the “Security Belt” factions led by Mohsen Al-Wali and elements of the Dar Saad police led by the notorious Musleh Al-Dharhani on the ship tour after Al-Dharhani covered up and hid one of his elements accused of raping children in the area, the last of them was one of the children from Al-Wali’s family.

The sources reported that Al-Wali demanded Al-Dharhani to hand over one of his soldiers who accused of raping children, named “Ahmed Al-Raghwa”, but he refused to hand him over and hid him in an unknown place then the confrontations erupted after tensions in the region.

The sources pointed out that the clashes broke out in one of the busiest places in Aden, as a result four civilians were seriously injured in addition to causing damage to cars and citizens’ cars and property, amid continuing armed tensions between elements in the same area.
