Clashes break out among coalition gunmen in Shabwa

ADEN, Nov. 27 (YPA) – Armed clashes broke out on Mondy among the a number of militants in the city of Ataq, the provincial capital of Shabwa in eastern Yemen.

Local sources stated that the UAE-backed factions present in the area did not take any action regarding the confrontations and worked to stop them, accusing them of financing one of the parties to the conflict with weapons and ammunition.

The sources added that various types of medium and light weapons were used in the clashes.
The confrontations sparked terror and panic among women and children in the area, who were displaced to other villages.
