WORLD, Oct. 29 (YPA) – Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel condemned in the strongest terms the brutal bombardment carried out by the Israeli enemy entity on the Gaza Strip, the killing of its people, and the destruction of their homes, hospitals as well as the civilian infrastructure.
In a televised speech published by the Cuban presidency today, Díaz-Canel stressed that nothing can justify what the enemy forces are doing in Gaza, and nothing can justify the serious violations of international humanitarian law they are committing.
The US veto of a proposal simply calling for a humanitarian truce in Gaza to allow aid to reach is not surprising because Washington has historically played the role of accomplice to Zionist barbarism by repeatedly obstructing the Security Council’s work on Palestine.
