Hundreds of Iraqis stationed in Jordan prepare to enter Gaza

JORDAN, Oct. 23 (YPA) – Hundreds of Iraqis continued to stand at the Jordanian border, preparing to enter Gaza.

This coincides with the escalation of popular tension against the American-Israeli massacres in the occupied Palestinian territories.

Pictures and video clips circulated by Iraqi activists reported that hundreds of people have been gathering for days on the Iraqi-Jordanian border and demanding the opening of the border with the Palestinian territories.

Over the past few days, Iraq has witnessed an unprecedented escalation, both on the popular and military levels.

In conjunction with massive demonstrations in Iraqi cities, Islamic resistance factions carried out extensive operations targeting several American bases using Katyushas and drones.
