Meteorology warned of cold weather in mountainous areas

SANAA, Oct. 15 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology warned of cold weather during the late night and early morning hours in the mountainous areas of Yemen provinces.

In its weather bulletin on Sunday, the center affirmed that the cool to clear weather would target the mountainous highlands, especially in the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Ibb, Bayda and Dhalea, with scattered rains Taiz, Ibb, Lahj, Dhamar, Rayma, Mahweet, Hajjah and Saada.

It pointed out that the weather in the coastal areas may be fair to partly cloudy, with the possibility of scattered rain on the Socotra Archipelago and the western coast, while winds are active on Bab al-Mandab and the western coast, ranging its speed between10-20 knots.
