Yemeni riyal continues to drop in Aden, but improves in Sanaa

SANAA, Oct. 08 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal’s exchange rate against foreign currencies continued to fall on Sunday in Aden and other provinces controlled by the Saudi-led coalition.

The US dollar exchange rate in Aden hit 1,453 Yemeni riyals, while the Saudi riyal exchange rate reached 383 riyals.

On the other side, the Yemeni riyal exchange rate in areas under Sanaa government control recovered slightly, reaching 521 riyals to the US dollar and 138.5 riyals to the Saudi riyal.
