Syrian army targets headquarters of takfiri groups in Aleppo, Latakia, Hama

DAMASCUS, Aug 24 (YPA) – Units of the Syrian Arab army, in cooperation with Russian aerospace forces, on Wednesday have carried out several precision aerial and artillery strikes in the countryside of Aleppo, Lattakia and Hama, according to Syria’s official SANA news agency.

“In response to the repeated attacks launched by terrorist organizations on safe villages and towns in the countryside of Aleppo, Lattakia and Hama, Syrian army units, in cooperation with Russian aerospace forces, have targeted dens of terrorists, missiles launch-pads and drones through aerial and artillery strikes, killing and injuring tens of the terrorists,” Ministry of Defense said in a statement.

The Ministry added that the army units have also been able to destroy and down 5 drones of the terrorists who tried to attack safe civilians.
