5 killed, 6 wounded in California bar shooting

WORLD, Aug 24 (YPA)- At least 5 people were killed and 6 others were injured in a shooting incident at a bar in Orange County, California, Police said.

According to Orange County Sheriff’s department, there was a shooting on Wednesday at a biker bar in Southern California. The shooter as among the dead.

In a brief statement, the department noted that six people were taken to hospitals, 5 of them with gunshot wounds.

Police said the incident occurred at the Cook’s Corner bar in Trabucco Canyon, Orange County.

Aerial video from the scene showed a heavy presence of police and fire trucks.

“There was a shooting at an officer involved during the incident,” local police said, adding that none of the officers were injured.
