Murder suspect appointed as director general in Abyan

ABYAN, Aug 10 (YPA) – A murder suspect has been appointed as a director general by the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s militia in Abyan governorate, southern Yemen,  informed sources reported on Wednesday.

According to the sources, the leaders of Abyan axis and the Security Belt forces imposed Samir Mohammed Saeed al-Haid, who is accused of murder as the director general  of the Mudiyah district last Monday.”

The sources published a document of an arrest warrant issued by prosecution of Mudiyah and Al-Mahfad against Samir Mohammed Saeed al-Haid, in early March, in addition to the document of his appointment.

Activists on social media expressed their strong condemnation against the  appointment of the accused of murder, Samir Mohammed Saeed al-Haid, as director general of the Mudiyah directorate, who is fugitive from justice.
