ADEN, Aug 07 (YPA) – Local residents found a woman was hanged in her home in the Crater district in the occupied city of Aden at a time when the residents are suffering due to the deterioration of the living conditions as a result of the collapse of the local currency.
On Saturday, a woman was found hanging inside her home in the Al-Rozmet neighborhood in Crater district, local residents said.
According to the residents, the woman decided to end her life likely for her inability to provide food for her family. She lost her husband in a bombing that targeted the gate of Aden airport, and her father died three months ago.
Thousands of families in Aden are living in a whirlpool searching for food due to the high prices of basic commodities exceeding their purchasing power as a result of the systematic looting of the country’s monetary and economic wealth by the Saudi-led coalition and its mercenaries.
