New details on murder case of girl by her colleague in Aden revealed

ADEN, Aug 03 (YPA) –  A worker in the “Top Center” for clothes in the Khormaksar district, Aden province, southern Yemen, stabbed his female colleague working in the same center to death, informed sources reported on Wednesday

According to the sources, the accused “Mohsen Rashad Al-Yafei” on Tuesday evening stabbed his co-worker, “Fatima Mohammed”, 23 years old, with a dagger and fled, pointing out that the girl died in the hospital from her fetal injures.

The accused was arrested and interrogated. He confessed to committing the crime and that the motive of the murder was the girl’s refusal to marry him after he proposed to her, which pushes him to take revenge on her and end her life in a crime that shook public opinion in Aden and Yemen, the sources explained

It is noteworthy that the city of Aden, which is under the control of the Saudi-led coalition factions, has experiencing severe security chaos and a deteriorating living situation amid the escalation of crime and the emergence of drug use among young people.
